RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At ZIVORI, we want you to love every piece. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
RETURNS
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unworn and in its original, undamaged condition
- Free of scratches, tarnish, or signs of use
- With all gemstones intact
- In its original ZIVORI packaging with all tags attached
You'll also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at hello@zivori.co or via the chat button on our website with your order number and reason for return. Please do not send items back without first requesting a return — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, you will have to ship the product to the following address:-

EXCHANGES
We don't offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, simply return your original piece and place a new order.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized jewelry (engraved pieces, custom orders)
- Gift cards
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your piece is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@zivori.co or via the chat button on our website — include photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
All ZIVORI pieces come with free lifetime plating and repair. Normal wear over time is covered under our warranty, not through returns.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, contact us at hello@zivori.co.
EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS
If you're located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. Items must meet the same return conditions listed above. Refunds for EU returns will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
