All orders are fully insured and dispatched in tamper-proof packaging. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

International orders

We currently ship across India. For international inquiries, please contact us at team.ssexports@gmail.com and we'll arrange shipping to your location.

All ZIVORI jewelry ships in our signature gift-ready packaging — a branded jewelry box, polishing cloth, and care card. Ordering a gift? Add a complimentary handwritten note at checkout.

Delayed or lost shipments

If your order hasn't arrived within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date, please get in touch. Lost parcels confirmed by the carrier will be reshipped or fully refunded.
